About Us

Comprising three major international companies, two leading equity investment partners and a top flight local transport operator, Tramlink Nottingham can draw on experience gained from creating hugely successful and exemplar tram systems right across the world.

The construction phase will present significant technical challenges and our partnership with VINCI Investments, part of the world's leading concession and construction group, means we are more than able to marshal all the resources necessary to provide a first class, dependable physical infrastructure.

The company has built an outstanding reputation for its work within public environments where minimising disruption is a paramount objective.

Meanwhile, since its launch over 10 years ago, Alstom's Citadis tram is now a global benchmark for performance. To date, 1,475 Citadis trams have been ordered by 36 cities around the world, including Algiers, Barcelona, Bordeaux, Dublin, Istanbul, Lyon, Melbourne, Paris, Reims and Rotterdam.

In Keolis and Wellglade, Tramlink Nottingham has partners with proven track records in operating efficient, effective and reliable transport systems - ones which consistently attract high passenger satisfaction ratings. Keolis, for example, now operates one of the largest mixed fleet tram networks in the world, in Melbourne, Australia.
